These Terms of Service govern access to the TyGoSystems website, software, and related services. By using a service, you agree to these terms and any product-specific agreement presented to you. A product-specific written agreement controls if it conflicts with these general terms.

Services

TyGoSystems provides software tools that may include customer management, field and team operations, scheduling, billing workflows, recurring payments, reporting, and related support. TyGoSystems does not directly provide the underlying services offered by businesses using our products.

Accounts and security

You must provide accurate information, protect account credentials and authorized devices, maintain appropriate permissions for your users, and notify us promptly of suspected misuse. You are responsible for activity performed through your authorized account.

Acceptable use

You may not violate law, infringe rights, submit fraudulent or harmful material, disrupt a service, bypass security controls, reverse engineer except where law expressly permits it, or attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.

Payments and fees

A service may include subscription, transaction, implementation, or professional-service fees. Applicable pricing, billing frequency, taxes, and renewal terms are disclosed in the relevant checkout, order form, or written agreement. You authorize us and our payment providers to collect amounts when due.

Service availability and changes

We work to provide dependable services, but maintenance, network conditions, third-party services, security events, and circumstances beyond our control may affect availability. Features may evolve, and we may make reasonable changes required for security, reliability, law, or product improvement.

Intellectual property

TyGoSystems and its products, software, designs, documentation, and trademarks remain the property of TyGoSystems LLC or their licensors. These terms grant only the limited right to use the applicable service as authorized.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, material breach, fraud, security risk, unlawful activity, or operational and legal reasons. Obligations that by their nature should survive termination remain effective.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, services are provided without warranties not expressly stated in a written agreement. TyGoSystems LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. Any additional limitations or remedies appear in the applicable product agreement.
